Deleting files- differential backup
Hi good day.
I am new to aomei backupper and I would like to seek for advises on the following:
1. If I select differential backup (into an external HDD) and after few cycles of backup, I decided to delete some files from my source (internal hard drive). Will deleting the files from my source also delete the files from the backup file as well?

2. Does differential backup only factors in additional file and changes to existing files only?
3. Is it possible for me to retrieve my files from my backup drive (that I have created using Aomei) using another pc (without aomei software)? … akin to retrieving files from an external hard drive?
Despite some read up on differential backup, I am not able to fully understand the concept. I would really appreciate your advice.
