System Backup Win10 Getting Started

Hi, just installed Backerupper, began a Windows 10 "System Backup", selected a folder on a USB attached drive in Step2, "Start Backup" button is gray but doesn't respond to Click, nothing happens.

    As for that question,the AOMEI Backupper did not recognize your system partition.Did the system partition was encypted?Or it has a big sector(4096bytes/sector)?

    As can be seen in your screenshot, Step 1 is empty. It should automatically contain the system partitions (which means: the partition C: and the other partitions belonging to a system backup).

    It would be helpful to have a screen shot of "Partition backup" Step1 "Select partition", to see what is on the disk.

    Then there, still in Partition Backup Step1, try please selecting just C: and clicking Add (it should tell an information and propose System backup)?

    Thanks for your suggestion.

    When you do the system backup our software will detect the data which relates to your system and backup it automatically without selecting.
