Win10 - Partition Assistant don't boot in PE-/Safety-Mode / Disc locked

Hello,


I tried to copy a disk to ssd.
Partition Assist says, that for this operation it's necessary to reboot the computer in Safe-/PE-Mode. (Dont' remeber the exact term)

The PC reboots but for hours only a blinking cursor appears.

When I tried to use a WIN10 CD for repair, it says that the disc is locked and must be unlocked to continue the repair operations.

Please pardon by bad english, but hope Someone can help.

    I've found the right term...Partition Assistant tried to reebot in "Pre-OS Mode" but then hangs...
