Missing Computers in Centralized Backupper

I have installed Centralized Backupper on my workstation (windows10) and installed the agent on several servers ranging from Server 2012R2, Server 2016 and Server 2019. Some of them show up in the Controlled Computers and some don't. I have uninstalled and re-installed. Stopped and restarted the services on the missing servers. Rebooted the missing servers. I have used Remote install and installed locally on the servers. Nothing seems to help. I am thinking I just wasted $1500. Please if you have any idea let me know.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you offer us the log folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\AOMEI Centralized Backupper on the windows 10 and the log folder of C:\Program Files (x86)\AOMEI Centralized Backupper Agent on these "missing" servers so that we can check the problem further?

    I have figured it out. The Service was bound to the public IP address of the server and not the internal lan port. I disable the Public IP port and reinstalled the agent.
