data recovery fails!

For the first time, I need to recover data, but this fails.

Back-up-files had been created, but when I want to start the recovery, I get the error message, that the back-up-files is invalid´. I also tried it with back-up-files from different days. No success!

It is horrible to rely on a backup-tool and the first time I urgently need to recover data, then it fails!

Can anyone help me?

  • @Trommler, Are they full backups? Or incremental backups? Did you delete some backups manually?
    Could you try to select the first backup to check if it is valid?
