How to format a protected SSD?

on this disk, there is a windows 11 and I want to delete it and replace it with another OS, but something or some protection won't let me make any changes to it and actually when I'm trying to delete a volume it says successful but nothing will change.

In this image, disk 1 is Windows 11 that needs to be erased! All of it! I can read files and folders on it, but can't make any changes or write anything on it, it's read-only! So as you can see I try to use another software called AOMEI and even this software didn't help me.

I tried DISKPART and it won't work!

after I wrote CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY and hit Enter, disk 1 back to the previous state and nothing happened.

  • @Msadr471, Could you try to create a WinPE bootable media of AOMEI Partition Assistant, and then boot the computer from WinPE to format or delete partitions on disk 1?
