Error 0135: CPU fan failure

Lenovo custom built gaming PC 2021 UEFI-nonCSM Legion T5 32GB DDR4 AMD Ryzen.

PC worked well for 2 years, but now has 2 errors. Both errors happen when hard drive is connected or not. Reset CMOS with jumper, had no effect. Removed lights, reseated most connections. Sometimes am able to boot into hard drive Windows 11, but usually both errors prevent that. Did Start > Update > Lenovo BIOS update > restart, did not fix. Manual did not have procedure to manually update USB BIOS/UEFI, could not find official procedure for that model, as every brand and model may have different instructions. An Aomei product is unrelated to this issue, it was not caused by software, likely hardware failure I think. What do you think?
