Using USB stick 2TB with my Mac, to store music. One day I put USB stick in, and it Mac says USB stick unreadable, unrecognizable partition table, asks to initialize, which I did not do.

Linux Gnome Disks and GParted show it as Android filesystem. How did that happen? I do have an Android Fire tablet, and a USB A female to USB C male cable next to my Mac. Is it possible someone else plugged the USB stick into the tablet, and formatted it as a new stick with Android file system?

What is another way this could have happened?

How do I recover the data inside of that file system? Thanks.

@AiArtisan, Our data recovery software doesn't support Android filesystem. It can't help you recover data.
