If you are using WinPE USB version, please make sure you Add Drivers during USB creation process. If you are using Aomei (Win)PE Builder 2.0, then please switch to the regular BU or PA WinPE USB.
After inserting external disks, please click Refresh button in BU or PA.
Please reply with the answers to:
    1) Which motherboard mode Legacy-BIOS, UEFI-CSM, UEFI-nonCSM?
    2) What PC brand, year, model #, desktop or laptop?
    3) HDD, SSHD, SSD 2.5", SSD M.2 SATA, SSD M.2 NVMe?
    4) Hard Drive partition table MBR or GPT?
    5) Aomei product tier Standard, Pro, Other? Version?
    6) Windows version 10, 11, Home, Pro, Enterprise?
    7) Please post a screenshot of your issue, and also of Diskpart > lis dis > sel dis # > det dis > lis par > lis vol
    Thank you.

Please check whether or not the drive is 4096 bytes per sector. You can install and run Partition Assistant, then right click a partition on the drive--select Properties--File System Info to check it.
One of my two HDD's is 4096 bytes per sector so cloning won't work.  Funny though the other HDD doesn't show up as well.
Win 11, ASRock, UEFI-nonCSM, homebuilt desktop, MBR

Diskpart > lis dis > sel dis # > det dis > lis par > lis volDiskpart  ...

  • "Win 11, ASRock, UEFI-nonCSM, homebuilt desktop, MBR".
When you say you have an MBR disk, are you talking about an external disk or secondary disk? MBR cannot be used with Windows 11, nor a UEFI-nonCSM motherboard mode.
Please post a screenshot from Partition Assistant, thank you.

  • @Danimo, Do you want to clone between External disks H: and I:? Or, clone other disks to them?
"Funny though the other HDD doesn't show up as well."---Please take screenshots so that we check.
