sd card wont load after formatting it

when i press format it and apply it says loading partition 1 and then never actually loads

    Thank you Ruk, are you using Partition Assistant? Please try clicking the reload / refresh button in PA, to see if it loads the partitions.
    Can you confirm you are using the newest PA 10.3.1?
    Try restarting your PC.
    If these do not work, please post a screenshot here, using Snip Tool.

    @Rukasumi, What status id the SD card? Could you format it via Windows Disk Management? If not, what error did you get when you format it via Windows?
