"Free" Standard Backup software is nothing but a rip-off

I downloaded the so-called free Standard version of Aomei Backupper for the purpose of making a ONE drive clone. Both drives are GPT, one slightly larger than the other, and your software claims to be free for that purpose. But when I set it up and click "clone", I immediately get a popup ad trying to force me to purchase a subscription to Pro. If I close the ad and try again to clone, it just comes back. Your "free" software is a flat-out bait-and-switch lie-  it's completely non-functional. 
I do NOT have the trial version, I have the so-called "Standard" version.

    I used the free version for many years and it successfully did all the backups that I needed. I then purchased the Professional version which has more functionality of course.
    No complaints at all.

    @Sionnach, Standard version only support clone MBR system disk to MBR. For GPT system disk clone, it is a paid item.
