I've been using my professional account and can't seem to find it. Along with that the PDF file never loads and the email conact doesn't open to send a support request. What am I missing?
When I created the account it asked for my user name "bobjdan" . At sometime I changed my password to the one stored in Chrome that still has my username above, When I tried signing in with the user name it said "invalid email address" and when I tried that I got that above message.
