How to create Disk.img file?

In Windows 11, what software successfully creates a .img file from a disk? I already can create Disk.ADI files in Windows, and Linux Gnome Disks creates Disk.img files.

I have used ImgBurn for 10 years, I am not aware of a method that it can create .IMG from an HDD. This question is about a disk, not a disc.
Please reply if you have tested a solution on your PC and confirmed it works.
