Information Code:4107
Element not found or the image file not found.

Backup is initializing...
Backing up the information of storage device…
Backing up of the volume 0…
Information Code:4107
Failed to complete the operation.
Solution:
For the first situation:
1. Please go to “Tools”-->”Check image” to check if the image file is valid. If not, it means this image file is damaged.
2. Please make sure your source location and target location are accessible, and is not taken up by other applications.
3. Please check if your backup chain is integrated, since any one backup of full backup and incremental backup and differential backup may cause this happen.
4. Please check if you have changed the location of backup files. If so, then you have two ways to accomplish this operation:
1) Please get to ”Tools”--”Export/Import Configuration”--”Import Image”--”Browse” and select your image file then click “OK”.
2) Please got to “Restore”, next click ”Path” and then straightly choose your image file to do restore.
For the second situation:
1. There are some possible reasons. For example, the source you want to backup is changed, the software cannot find the source to do the backup, the software failed to capture the bitmap and so on. The solution is that first try to reinstall the software and create the new backup task. If it also failed, please send us the log files under the installation directory of software.
2. when you do the backup under reboot mode(WinPE), the program might be unable to recognise the source disks because there are not corresponding drivers of disks, so the program can’t find the source then the error appear. You can change the connecting port of disks and then try again. Or you can create the WinPE bootable media via AOMEI Backupper and then boot from the media to backup.
