Another simple way to fix iCloud is to log back into iCloud. This is a quick fix if the iCloud is faulty.

Go to Settings > Tap your name > Slide down and click Sign Out > Enter your Apple ID to sign in.

Part 2. Backup iPhone with iTunes

You can utilize iTunes on your PC to back up your data as well. Compared with iCloud, iTunes is more complete on backup because iCloud has limited storage space.

Step 1. Download iTunes on the computer, and connect your iPhone to the computer.

Step 2. Click the device icon in the upper-left corner.

Step 3. Tap Summary, and click Back Up Now.
