Microsoft has released the new Windows 11 build 22581.100 to Dev and Beta Channel Insiders on 25 March 2022, which can be obtained by installing the KB5013283 cumulative update. The new release does not bring anything new, as it is a cumulative update that is used to test Microsoft's servicing pipelines. Microsoft is now frequently releasing service updates as new and upcoming features are emerging in the Dev Channel version.
The full announcement says:
We are starting to roll out Cumulative Update Build 22581.100 (KB5013283). This update does not include anything new and is designed to test our servicing pipeline for builds in the Dev Channel.
Therefore, all bug fixes and improvements announced in the earlier release of 22581 will be carried over to the Dev Channel and Beta Channel. This release has a lot of new features as we are now moving into the next phase of Windows 11 in preparation for version 22H2.
In this release, Microsoft introduces a new Windows 11 taskbar optimized for tablets for all users. For example, when you change the way you hold your tablet, the system can automatically adapt the screen orientation to make adjustments, something that is not yet available on PCs.
