Windows PE boot only in recovery mode

Good morning

Recently I need to boot with an usb pendrive where I installed an PE builder iso file. The problem is the iso file boot directly with te recovery screen and I haven't access to the Aomey utility like Backupper or Partition assistant.

I need to solve the problem .... any suggestion ?
