Does Cloning a Partition Delete Everything from the Destination Disk?
The instructions on cloning a partition say, "Note that the destination disk will be overwritten. Therefore if it
contains any important data, you must backup the destination disk before
you apply the operation."
This does not appear to make sense. Cloning a partition should overwrite only the desgination partition, not the destination disk.
Obviously, I do not want to do the cloning without knowing the answer to this.
