C drive is regarded as unformatted

Hi there,


Although my PC (HP Elitedesk 800 G1 TW) shows that 63 GB is occupied with Windows OS (7 Pro) in C drive under NTSC format, Aomei Buckupper Standard regards C drive as unformatted without data. Why Aomei cannot recognize the formatted C drive and the OS information? 


Does anybody have any suggestion?

    Otoppi,

    Is your C: drive encrypted? If it is, please uncode it, then use Backupper to do backups.
