Backing Up the %USERPROFILE% Folder - Centralized Backupper

Using the Centralized Backupper, wanted to back up the current user's profile. When creating a task I chose to backup based on backup rules. I chose %USERPROFILE%.

When I ran the backup after creating the task, the folder that was backed up was C:\Windows\System32\Config\systemprofile
I guess the agent is running under the SYSTEM profile and so the %USERPROFILE% variable points to that location.

Is there a way around this?
I could just backup C:\Users instead, but trying to limit the size of the backup, if possible.

  • @Dsilvera, Yes, our software needs to use system permission to back up. Maybe you can try to directly select C:\Users to back up.
  • Hi Admin, Yes. That's what I have resorted to doing. Appreciate the response.
