Backupper Error code 20563

Hi

I'm running a cloud backup and receiving the above error. The isn't listed in the FAQ.

Any suggestions?

    Please include a screenshot when this error happens, thanks!
  • @Netpres, Please contact the support team ([email protected]) and offer the log folder under the installation directory of the program to analyze.
